Center for American Studies, Fudan University Scores Paramount Excellence in the 2018 Chinese Think Tank Index Report

  On December 22nd, the 2018 China Think Tank Governance: Theoretical Dissemination Summit Forum was convened in Nanjing. At the Forum,the 2018 Chinese Think Tank Index Report jointly initiated by China Think Tank Research and Evaluation Centers of Nanjing University and Guangming Daily was officially released.The Center for American Studies at Fudan University has been shortlisted and takes the leading position, achieving impressive performance with Paramount A+ in the First Tier of Top 100 Think Tanks among Chinese Institutes of Higher Learning. "Elucidations on the First Year of the Donald J. Trump-Led U.S. Administration", an academic research report, in principally coordinative endeavors by the CAS community at Fudan, is chiefly-edited by Professor Wu Xinbo, Executive Director and Chief Expert at Collaborative Innovation Center for New Model of China-U.S. Major-Country Relationship, Director of Center for American Studies and Dean, Institute of International Studies at Fudan University with Professor Da Wei, Chief Expert at Collaborative Innovation Center for New Model of China-U.S. Major-Country Relationship and Assistant to the President of University of International Relations,awarded and harvesting the 2018 Annual Outstanding Academic Yields granted by Chinese Think Tank Index .

  Via comprehensively integrating the indexes of academic outputs, quality events and publicity impact with tallied ballots out of multiple sector professionals, the Center for American Studies at Fudan University stands out as one of the 25 A+ entities, excelling from the originally rated 441 Think Tanks Affiliated to Chinese Universities with remarkable superiority and brilliance.   In 2018, a total of 410 academic outputs are declared into participatory assessments, 30 of which feature the highlights.
